Sara Iziqui Managing Director
Sara is a natural-born saleswoman who discovered her passion for sales at a young age. Immediately after she dropped out of school, she dove straight into the world of hard sales, learning the fundamentals of sales in the field.
This early experience allowed her not only to master the technical aspects of the profession but also to develop a sharp sense for customer relations and business opportunities.
At just 19 years old, Sara launched her first business, focusing on e-commerce and import/export of goods. Her drive and entrepreneurial spirit quickly led to a successful venture, but Sara felt there was still more to explore. She had always dreamed of a career in real estate, and in 2022, she made her debut as a commercial real estate broker.
In her first year as a broker, Sara generated a total turnover of 130,000 euros, despite the unfamiliar market for the office at the time. She not only demonstrated her expertise in sales but also showcased her ability to adapt quickly to new markets and stand out in a competitive sector.
Sara’s determination and commercial vision culminated in 2025 when she closed a deal worth a remarkable 14 million euros. This success marked a significant milestone in her career and solidified her position as a driven and accomplished entrepreneur.
Despite her remarkable achievements in real estate, Sara is always on the lookout for new opportunities. She strongly believes in the power of digital markets and the rise of artificial intelligence (AI). This conviction has driven her to delve deeper into technological advancements and, in the future, offer services that will help businesses adapt to the digital age.
With her extensive experience, passion for innovation, and relentless ambition, Sara is ready to take LOOX to new heights and continue to respond to the evolving needs of the market.
